enXco Signs Power Purchase Agreement with Indianapolis Power + Light Company

enXco, an EDF Energies Nouvelles Company, and Indianapolis Power and Light Company (IPL), an electric power retailing company, have joined in the groundbreaking celebrations of the Lakefield Wind Project.
