Eliosolar has introduced new series of thermal shade products, termed as Eliosolar Thermal shade Modular Elements (ETME). The products protect buildings from the heat of the sun even while generating thermal solar hot water. The ETME are made from recyclable aluminum, and contain an integrated thermal solar collector that is invisible.
The ETME can be put together into specific thermal shade structures such as carport, walkways, patio cover, trellis, canopies, facade sun shields and sunshades. Thermal shade structures combine the benefits of both active and passive solar concepts while protecting buildings and its inhabitants from the solar heat by providing shade. They also serve as an alternative to rooftop solar collectors that are not properly sighted.
