Cycle Ranch to be Upgraded by Here Enterprises

Here Enterprises, a developing wind energy company, is refurbishing its Cycle Ranch Motocross Park Subsidiary to attract new clientele and increase revenue. It had acquired the Ranch on September 9, 2010 and has plans of developing its premier wind energy project on the Cycle Ranch site.

The CEO of Here Enterprises, Mark Ryun had commented that the company was glad to proceed with the expansion strategies. According to him, the Cycle Ranch would have an established motocross speedway industry with ongoing revenue opportunities. Vast acreage and favorable wind conditions for wind power generation were available and considerable improvements had also been made, which would increase the efficiency of the operations and thereby influence sales in a positive way.

The Cycle Ranch Motocross Park located in Floresville in Texas close to San Antonio is publicized to be one of the five superlative motocross tracks in the entire nation. It creates revenue on the basis of the racetrack by its practice sessions, admission fees, special and camping fees, and race events. Revenue also comes in via sales of race apparel, food, racing fuels and cleaning products. The renovations would cover the upgraded equipment in the offices, new tracks, new maintenance equipments, property improvements, landscaping and expanded facilities. It has also constructed a new GP/Vet Track for hosting even more practice sessions and races.
