Solar and lighting solutions provider, Progress Solar Solutions has partnered with McClelland Marketing to promote the sale of portable Progress Solar and Progress Solar/Wind Light Towers in the west north central area of the United States.

The five member McClelland team will provide sales and service support on behalf of Progress Solar Solutions to dealers and companies renting out construction equipment. Dan Robertson, a partner at Progress Solar Solutions, expressed his confidence in the McClelland team to achieve the same success with Progress Solar and Solar/Wind Light Towers as that accomplished with other product lines on the strength of their industry expertise and the loyal customer base garnered over the years.
The product range offered by Progress Solar Solutions includes six portable outdoor LED lighting systems that are powered by wind and solar energy. The company has installed few units in the United States Department of Defense. Though the Solar Light Tower is akin to a portable diesel tower, it is completely powered by renewable energy and does not employ gas or power from the electric grid.
Two solar powered generators provide the necessary energy for the light plants. A wind generator is available as an optional source to provide power at night and on cloudy days. Big battery banks that can be charged using the AC power charger available onboard are provided as backup. The portable trailer on which the system is mounted makes it convenient to tow the lighting system to its intended destination.
