Nano Reactor System Produces On Demand Biodiesel From Vegetable Oils and Fats

Cavitation Technologies, Inc. is pleased to announce that the BioForce 9000 Reactor Skid System is now available for sale.

The BioForce 9000 Nano Reactor Skid System has capacity to produce from 10 up to 40 gallons per minute of biodiesel on demand, based on the model you choose. Multiple vegetable oil and animal fat-based feedstocks with up to 4.5% FFA may be used simultaneously for the production of biodiesel with the system. Blends of 20% biodiesel with 80% petroleum diesel (B20) can generally be used in unmodified diesel engines. The use of biodiesel in conventional diesel engines results in substantial reduction of unburned hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, and particulate matter compared to emissions from petroleum-based diesel fuel.

Our unique system contains the proprietary, patent pending, continuous flow, hydrodynamic, Plasma 2000 nano-technology-based reactor which contains no moving parts and can be held in your hand. The System is fully automated with an easy to use PLC Touch Screen GE Control Unit, which allows the user to produce superior quality biodiesel on demand with the touch of a button. The user simply indicates the appropriate dosing volumes for feedstock, catalyst, and alcohol and the system automatically blends the raw materials in the corresponding proportions.

The BioForce9000 is revolutionary breakthrough technology in the biodiesel industry capable of using multi-feedstocks on an industrial scale. It is an extremely powerful, cost efficient system capable of producing ASTM and EN quality biodiesel on a continuous basis. The entire skid is smaller than the average compact car. The Reactor Skid System can be used for new biodiesel plants, and can easily be retrofitted into existing biodiesel facilities thus improving their quality and the ability to use multi-feedstock with higher FFA levels. The modular nature of the system accelerates the time to market, increases efficiency and can reduce biodiesel production operating expenses by up to $0.10/gallon, by way of our technology and proprietary process.
