Moose Mountain Geothermal Offers Tranquility TS Geothermal Heat Pumps

Moose Mountain Geothermal offers the Tranquility TS Series geothermal heat pump, a single stage model. The heat pump is designed for commercial applications. The water source heat pump is equipped with EarthPure HFC-410A refrigerant and Copeland scroll compressor. The geothermal heat pump is provided either with a PSC multi speed or an ECM variable speed fan motor. All the units of the heat pump are made from galvanized steel and coated with powder paint. As a standard feature, the heat pump includes a discharge muffler to provide high quality sound attenuation.

The Tranquility TS geothermal heat pump incorporates port expansion valve refrigerant metering device that is balanced and bi-directional. Water connections for the heat pump are mounted flush to cabinet corner post securely. The water connections do not need backup wrench. The water source heat pump, provided by Moose Mountain Geothermal, is available in various sizes with capacities ranging from 1 1/2 to 6 tons.

The Tranquility TS geothermal heat pump features double isolation compressor mounting with silent operation. The computer selected compressor springs also contribute to the silent operation of the heat pump. The geothermal heat pump is basically featured with microprocessor controls. However, DXM and DDC controls are available as optional. The horizontal version of the Tranquility TS geothermal heat pump features a discharge air arrangement that is field convertible. The heat pump offers either extended range or standard range of operation.
