AHB 170 Shelled Corn Boilers from LMF Manufacturing

LMF Manufacturing offers two models of hot air furnaces and two models of hot water boilers.  AHB shelled corn boilers are available in two types, with an efficiency of 100,000 British thermal units and 170,000 British thermal units. The AHB 170 shelled corn boiler is designed to burn shelled corn as fuel.

The AHB 170 shelled corn boiler incorporates faster auger motors. By changing the motors, hot water boilers can be converted from 170,000 to 100,000 BTU or from 100,000 to 170,000 BTU. The 170,000 BTU hot water boiler is equipped with a round tank and uses square side panels. It is equipped with an ash pan for removing ashes easily from the system. The combustion chamber has induced air flow to produce maximum energy. The furnace auger is utilized for supplying fuel to the fire pot.

The AHB 170 shelled corn boiler has a height of 59 inches, width of 22 inches and a depth of 30 inches, and has a weight of 770 pounds. The storage bin measures a height of 48 inches, width of 36 inches and a depth of 52 inches, and weighs 50 pounds. The flue pipe has a diameter of 6 inches. The heat exchanger is made of 6 gauge steel and the fire pot is made of cast iron. The combustion blower capacity of the 170,000 BTU unit is 60cfm. This corn boiler offered by LMF Manufacturing is controlled thermostatically. It also includes a domestic coil as an option to heat household water.
