The leasing program was designed to eliminate the upfront costs associated with the purchase of new solar power systems. Geoscape Solar anticipates that homeowners can save more than $10,000 over the 15-year lease period by installing an average solar system. Solar consultants from the company explain the details about the lease to customers clearly. In addition, all the paperwork required for the lease is completed by the company, making it simple and easy for the consumer.
Jeffrey Chavkin, president and co-founder, Geoscape Solar, said that the customers need to be explained about the benefits of solar energy and helping them to get through the complex government paperwork for availing the financing.
