EC151-181 Vertical Water Source Geothermal Heat Pumps from Shapiro + Duncan

Shapiro & Duncan installs geothermal systems for commercial applications. The EC151-181 vertical water source heat pump, manufactured by Florida Heat Pump, is a single blower unit designed for large commercial applications. It is ISO standard 13256-1 certified for ground water heat pump, water loop heat pump and ground loop heat pump applications for up to 10 tons.

The EC151-181 vertical water source heat pump works with entering fluid temperatures from 10 to 38 degrees Celsius in cooling mode, and from 10 to 27 degrees Celsius in heating mode. Its cabinet is constructed with the heavy-gauge galvanized steel and its interior is insulated with a multi density glass fiber, with a thickness of half inch. The two compressor compartment access panels can be easily removed for maintenance and service. This water source heat pump includes a 2-inch return air filter rack or duct collar along with 1-inch thick filter. It is equipped with a drain pan made of stainless steel.

The EC151-181 vertical water source heat pump uses R-410A refrigerant. It incorporates sealed refrigerant circuits that comprise hermetic compressors, refrigerant drier, refrigerant reversing valves, finned tube air-to-refrigerant, thermal expansion valve metering devices and service ports. The compressor motors have overload protection. This heat pump is equipped with a belt-driven DWDI forward curved fan with a balanced wheel. The 151 model measures a height of 70 inches, width of 52.50 inches and a depth of 32 inches.
