Solar Power announced that it has entered into a sales representative agreement with Barcelona-based Annerher S.L in Spain to set up new dealers in Portugal and Spain for the distribution of Yes! Energy Series of residential photovoltaic solar products.
Yes! Solar Power dealer program will be represented by Annerher S.L as per the contract. In addition, the agreement also includes the sales of Solar Power’s commercial solar solutions and Yes! Energy Series residential PV products. In order to distribute Solar Power’s solar product lines, Annerher will woo dealerships throughout Portugal and Spain.
Since 2004, Annerher S.L has been distributing renewable energy products and has over 73 MW of solar installed capacity in its marketing regions. Through its existing dealers, Annerher S.L will start selling Solar Power’s products while establishing distribution network through Yes! Solar Power dealer program in Portugal and Spain. With this agreement, Solar Power will advance into important European solar markets.
President of Business Development for Solar Power, Bradley Ferrell, said that this agreement is beneficial for both the companies. Incentives such as feed-in-tariffs offered in Spain and Portugal provides substantial opportunities for both the companies in the residential as well as small commercial markets. Ferrell commented that Solar Power’s products and turnkey solutions suits perfectly for Annerher’s existing dealers.
Miguel Angel Rodriguez, General Director with Annerher S.L, said that the company’s goal is to supply low-cost, high-quality products and turnkey solar solutions to its network of installers and dealers. Rodriguez added that the company is looking forward to a successful relationship with Solar Power.
