Solar Pool Heaters from Pool Heating Distributors

Pool Heating Distributors manufactures and distributes swimming pool heating systems. The solar pool heaters offered by the company is available in two types, namely, panels and mats. The pool heaters contain carbon black to capture solar energy and inhibitors as a sunscreen to prevent low generation of solar energy. The panels, which are used for capturing solar energy, are made of polypropylene plastic. They are available in 4 x 8 feet, 4 x 10 feet and 4 x 12 feet sizes. These panel systems are 5 to 10% more efficient compared to the mat systems.

The Vortex solar pool heater can be installed on ground mounted racks and even on odd sized roofs. The existing pool pump is used to circulate water through heater and warms the pool. Users can set the pump timer to let the pump function during sunlight hours. An automatic valve and control are used to regulate temperature in areas with colder climate. The pool heater size depends on the size and shape of the swimming pool, pool shading and desired pool temperature, direction of roof, windy conditions and geographic locations. A thermal pool cover is required for all heating systems.

The Vortex solar pool heater is equipped with flow tubes for low pressure, high flow and polypropylene plastic extrusion. While installing the solar pool heating systems, customers have to verify the size of the system using “Simplified Sizing Guide for Solar Pool Heaters”. The solar panels have to be placed at a minimum of 15 degrees for appropriate drainage.
