The microprocessor design of the GL-235 solar pool heating control enables it to offer accurate performance. Various advanced operating features of this controller include selectable high limit, differential temperature control, and nocturnal cooling. This pool heating controller allows programming for recirculation freeze protection. As an option, the solar pool heat control is featured with booster pump control. When needed, the GL-235 solar pool heating control switches over to nocturnal cooling from solar heating process. This pool heating controller, offered by Solar Living, is equipped with four visible LED indicators to show the system operation status.
If the pool water is cooler by four degrees or more when compared with the solar collector, the controller turns on the valve to circulate water for heat collection. When the temperature in pool exceeds the required level, the water circulation is stopped. The desired temperature level is programmed in the controller by a single dial adjustment. The GL-235 solar pool heating control also features a system test switch that permits to override its automatic function and checks the operation manually.
