Sherwood Industries produces Enviro range of stoves. Enviro wood and insert stoves adhere to higher safety standards, and they are approved by EPA. These stoves have better heat output, clean glass and longer burning times.
Enviro Venice Fireplace insert stove is available in two models, Venice 1200 Fireplace insert, and Venice 1700 Fireplace insert. The Venice 1200 Fireplace insert has a heat output of 67,000 British thermal units. It can heat an area ranging from 800 to 1500 square feet. The insert provides a burn time ranging from six to ten hours. The fireplace insert has adjustable levelling legs and a wooden door handle for easy handling.
The insert holds logs with a maximum length of 18 inches. The firebox has a capacity of 1.85 cubic feet, and the stove has a heating efficiency of 82.6%. The firebox is brick lined and has a flue with a diameter, 6 inches. The heating efficiency may differ based on the house layout, floor plan, and the heat loss. The convection fan rotates with a variable speed of 135cfm and the insert has an emission of 3.3 gram per hour. The Venice 1200 fireplace insert weighs 335 pounds.
The fire insert has a single draft control to regulate the fire. The insert is provided with two pilot-injector ports for easy start. The insert also has air wash that helps to maintain the glass clean. A 30 degree flue offset collar and a base shelf are provided as options.
