Biomass Energy Systems from Entech

Entech manufactures renewable energy systems. Entech renewable energy systems help to solve biomass or waste disposal, fossil fuel consumption, disease control and atmospheric emissions. The renewable energy systems convert biomass waste into energy with the help of pyrolytic gasification technology. Syngas, a combustible gas mixture, is produced as a byproduct.

This gas is similar to methane and has a clean burning feature. Entech renewable energy system as the advanced gasification system carries out emission control within the process.  As the emission happens prior to combustion, it saves additional costs.

Entech renewable energy systems can handle solid, sludge, liquid and gaseous type of biomass and waste. The individual system has the capacity to handle biomass and waste ranging from 0.25 to 125T per day and the multiple-unit system has the capacity upto 500T per day. The output energy generated from the biomass and waste is 95 megawatt heat energy, and 20.5 megawatt power output.

Entech renewable energy systems utilize pyrolytic gasification technology.  The biomass waste is heated and converted into Syngas in the pyrolytic gasification chamber.  The Syngas is a mixture of hydrogen, hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide.  Silica, calcium and metals, the non-combustible materials are extracted after gasification and they are sold as fertilizers.  Syngas can be utilized as a gas fuel.  Entech’s Thermal Reactor utilizes Syngas to provide thermal oxidization at higher temperatures and improves the efficiency of combustion.
