American Jianye Greentech Holdings Commences Second Clean Fuels Manufacturing Facility Construction

American Jianye Greentech Holdings Ltd. has commenced construction of its clean fuels manufacturing plant and fueling station situated at the Xiangzhou Shilong Industry Zone in China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

This is the second plant of the company. American Jianye Greentech Holdings Ltd., by means of its Tieling Jianye Greentech Ltd. affiliate, develops, manufactures and distributes automobile fuel products that are based on alcohol in China.

Over the next one year, American Jianye Greentech Holdings intends to invest RMB140 million for building this plant which is likely to generate civil use clean fuel of around 50,000 tons, biodiesel of 50,000 tons as well as automobile ethanol clean fuel of 100,000 tons with a maximum yearly operating output of 200,000 tons once completely operational by 2011. Already, construction on this plant has started, with initial production likely to commence by late August 2010.

American Jianye Greentech Holdings’ Chairman Haipeng Wang commented that the completion of this clean fuels manufacturing plant will considerably expand the distribution and refining capabilities of the company in the southern region of China and assist the company meet present and future requirements for clean fuels.
