A-Power Energy Generation Systems, a provider of distributed power producing systems and a producer of wind turbines, has partnered with its auxiliary company Shenyang (Ruixiang) Lucky Wind Power Equipments Co., Ltd. with Baoding Huide Wind Power Engineering Co. Ltd.
The partnership will enable A-Power to table its brands, promotional attempts and endeavors to improve its presence in US markets to align with Baoding Huide Wind Power Engineering.As per the agreement both the partners will work in close coordination in areas such as research and development, joint promotions, sharing of supplies and in fresh commercial prospects.
Baoding Huide an auxiliary of China Aviation Industry Corporation is essentially engaged in renewal energy business and focused in the development and production of MW wind turbines, and other required apparatus for wind power turbines. The company produces 500 plus wind turbine units a year utilizing its manufacturing facilities located in Tianjin and Inner Mongolia and assists in import or export of wind turbines and offers after sales support.
Jinxiang Lu, A-Power’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, expressed his intention to increase the efforts of his company in renewal energy growth. He added the partnership clearly depicts the currently prevailing momentum in growth and to capitalize on the opportunities to achieve cleaner and greener environment worldwide.
Bin Wang, Baoding Huide’s Chairman, expressed his belief about the overseas expansion resulting in increased opportunities and product prospects available for both the companies.
