Dow Corning, global company to supply silicon-based solutions for the complete range of photovoltaic products, declared that it has chosen GA Lindberg as distributor for Denmark and Sweden to distribute its silicon-based solutions utilized in solar applications.
The solutions are used to improve the functioning of silicone products such as sealants, encapsulants, potting agents, coatings and adhesives as well as the latest solar grade silicon.
GA Lindberg with its 65 plus years of exposure as local supplier will sell and deliver the full range of adhesives and sealants manufactured by Dow Corning to the vibrant solar industry of Europe. The company is more focused in the supply of silicon-based products and has the exposure of working in solar markets for over 20 years. Presently, the company supplies electronic products of Dow Corning and 3AM for markets such as aviation, automotive, appliances, IOE and MRO.
Recently, Dow Corning has invested in a number of solar research and development activities all over the world, which includes a joint venture in China with Wacker Chemie to produce integrated silicon and a new China Business and Technology Center in shanghai with the most current technology and development features. Its Solar Energy Exploration & Development Center in Seneffe, Belgium will house its product innovation, solar research and development and client interaction facilities.
