Trina Solar Limited ("Trina Solar" or the "Company"), a global leader in photovoltaic ("PV") modules, solutions, and services, today announced it has successfully sold its 50 MW Solar Power Plant in Wuwei, Gansu province to Huadian Fuxin Energy Corporation (HK: 00816) ("Huadian Fuxin"). Huadian Fuxin will assume 100 percent ownership of the project from Trina Solar with the completion of the transaction.
