Temp-Cast manufactures masonry stoves and fireplaces. Temp-Cast heaters can be used even in places where other types of stoves or fireplaces are not allowed to use. Temp-Cast 2000 fireplaces use the burn technology that incorporates a top-down burning technique and an over-fired combustion air delivery. The air enters through the door and feed the fire above from the fuel load. This helps for a complete combustion and the wood gas is burned thoroughly with the help of top down burning technique.
The Temp-Cast 2000 wood burning fireplace measures 36 inches (w) x 22.5 inches (d) x 77 inches (h). The rectangular footprint in the fireplace helps installation in the centre of a room or along a wall. The Temp-Cast 2000 is available with the following options, namely, corner option, bake oven option and see-through option. Some of those options can also be combined in the wood burning fireplace.
The arched shape of the door allows clear view of the fire. The dimensions of the viewing area are 18 inches (w) x 16 inches (h). The doors are made of cast iron with an air-tight gasket. The doors can be plated with 24K gold plating on demand. Air dampers, roof top dampers, and insulating boards are the other features of the wood burning fireplace. A clean-out door can be attached to the fireplace to inspect and clean heat exchange channels. An air supply door is available as an option to supply fresh air and it can be installed under the fire door.
