The heating capacity of the wood insert ranges from 750 to 1,400 square feet. The wood insert offers clean burning. The wood insert is equipped with a large firebox that can accommodate enough wood to provide heating for eight hours, without the need for reloading. The size of the firebox is 1.6 cubic feet.

The Lopi Answer wood insert is made of steel plates that measure in the range from 5/16 to 3/16 inches. The maximum heat output of the wood burning insert is 66,800 British thermal units per hour. The fireplace insert releases an emission of 4.4 grams in one hour. The maximum log size suitable for the wood insert is 18 inches. The weight of the wood fireplace insert is 300 pounds.
