Geotility Geothermal Systems Offers GSC Versatec Horizontal Water Source Geothermal Heat Pumps

Geotility Geothermal Systems manufactures a range of heat pumps including water to air, water to water and dual function heat pumps. The GSC Versatec Horizontal water source heat pump is available in a compact, horizontal shape with sizes ranging from 3/4 to 1-1/2 tons. This geothermal heat pump is suitable for institutional and commercial applications. It is equipped with PSC blower motors and R-22 refrigerant. Electromechanical controls together with compressor control modules are incorporated in this unit for easy installation and service.

GSC Versatec Horizontal Water Source Heat Pump

The GSC Versatec Horizontal water source heat pump is available in 3 unit sizes with capacities ranging from 9,000 to 18,000 BTUH. The cabinet of this heat pump is made of galvanized steel. The copper condensate connections with 3/4 inch FPT and flush mounted water connections with 1/2 inch FPT need no backup wrenches and they are secured internally. The threaded copper adaptors are soldered to eliminate leakage and to prevent weakening and shaping of the fittings also. The internal components can be repaired easily through removable access panels.

The electric wiring connections are fixed within the cabinet to provide maximum safety. This geothermal heat pump incorporates a control box, which has operating electrical controls including the compressor relay, fan relay and the transformer. The Versatec is available in three models. The VLC09 has an airflow of 350 CFM and has a flow rate of 2.5 GPM. Its heating capacity is 13,100 BTUH with 4.2COP and its cooling capacity is 8,400 with 10EER.
