The corner console unit is a suitable solution for retrofit and new school projects. It can be installed into any corner.
Corner Console Unit
The corner console unit is available in different sizes ranging from 1 to 5 tons. It is equipped with a Bristol compressor for smooth and efficient operation. There is a brazed plate heat exchanger made of stainless steel. This console unit incorporates a variable speed ECM blower. This GE ECM blower motor technology provides comfort and efficiency. The variable speed ECM blower features precise humidity control, quality indoor air, noiseless operation, even temperatures and lower utility bills. The efficiency of the ECM 2.3 is 82% and it is 20% more efficient when fully loaded than the standard induction motor.
The corner console unit available from Hydro-Temp has an integrated ERV unit as an option. Other options available from this console unit include internally mounted disconnects, mounted pump, slow close water solenoid, check valve, CO2 sensor to control outside air, DDC controller and duct work attachable hood. The DDC controller is compatible with BACnet and other communication protocols.
