SnO2 Glass Production Line from Terra Solar Global for Use in Thin-Film Solar Modules

Terra Solar Global develops a new SnO2 production line to make TCO (transparent conductive oxide) glasses. The TCO glass is the raw material used in the production of thin film solar modules. The TCO glass production line has developed a simplified process that helps the   SnO2 vapor to fuse directly into the subtrate glass. The other processes of this production line include pre-heating, slow cooling, loading, quick cooling, processing and unloading machines.

The furnace equipment of the SnO2 production line is assembled by a series of chambers that coasts TCO. This production line produces TCO glasses in a standard size of 49 x 25 inches. However, other sizes can be manufactured to suit different customer requirements. The SnO2 glass made from this production line features various advantages for the manufacture of a-Si module.

The SnO2 glass offers both heat stability and chemical stability. The SnO2 film has a transparent rate of 70 percent. The TCO transmit rate of the film is 600nm and the texture structure design of the SnO2 film helps to increase service space. The production line for SnO2 glass, from Terra Solar Global, gives more production when compared to the traditional production line. The process of SnO2 glass making in the production line involves heating of normal glass, followed by AP-CVD. After cooling, the end product comes as the SnO2 TCO glass.
