Madden Systems offers production logging services for geothermal projects. The geothermal logging tool, specially developed for the geothermal industry, helps in surveillance of the steam wells that are used for producing electricity. The tool can be used for logging even in harsh environments. The geothermal logging tool can be used as a memory tool. For most of the time, the tool is used with e-line in surface readout setting.

The geothermal logging tool has a memory configuration with the length of 16 feet and 4 inches, and an e-line configuration with the length of 10 feet and 5 inches. The tool package, used by Madden Systems, includes sensors to detect temperature, collar locator, spinner, optional gamma ray, and pressure. The tool is equipped with a quartz crystal pressure sensor that is made of quartzdine. The compensation temperature sensor of the tool features a resolution of 0.01 degree Celsius.

The geothermal logging tool also features a rare earth magnet, coil collar locator sensor.  The outside diameter of the tool is 1.77 inches. The tool package comprises a platinum RTD borehole temperature sensor. The resolution of this temperature sensor is 0.001 degree Celsius. The geothermal logging tool is also provided with an optional scintillation gamma ray detector. In addition, the tool is equipped with a continuous spinner that provides a resolution of 0.08 or 0.25rps.
