The energy module heat pump designed by Geothermix Distribution incorporates an earth heat exchanger or provide condition for DX connection, which can be connected to the ground. It is completely insulated and includes a 316 stainless steel distribution tank along with an integrated domestic hot water generator and a refrigerant condenser. The distribution tank has a capacity of 40 gallons. This heat pump has 12kW back-up heat. It includes an electronic two-stage aquastat. All the controls are pre-wired and are ready to use.
The energy module heat pump incorporates a compressor, expansion tank, boiler feed valve, PRV, pressure gauge and floor distribution circulator. Since the heat pump condenser is fitted into the distribution tank, an associated pump system or intermediate water loop are not required. This integration makes the heat pump to provide efficient heating. This heat pump from Geothermix Distribution has a maximum output temperature of 52 degrees Celsius. It is controlled with a help of a digital two-stage thermostat with adjustable setpoints.
