CNPV Solar Power Signs PV Module Sales Agreement with Sinatis Europe

CNPV Solar Power SA has signed a long-term sales agreement with Sinatis Europe, a leading distribution and project development company in France. CNPV Solar Power is a leading integrated solar photovoltaic product manufacturer. The company manufactures ingots, wafers and cells. It also designs and produces highly efficient crystalline solar photovoltaic modules.

From 2010 to 2012, PV modules totaling 50 MWp will be supplied by CNPV to Sinatis Europe under the strategic agreement terms. As per the agreement, 10 MWp of PV modules are scheduled to be delivered in 2010 and the balance 15 MWp and 25 MWp in 2011 and 2012, respectively.

In a joint statement by Mr. Zhang Shunfu, CEO of CNPV, and B. Veerraju Chaudary, COO of CNPV, said the company is delighted to enter into a new strategic partnership with Sinatis Europe, which will further enhance the existing partnership with the company. The new agreement will significantly help the company to develop new projects in North African and French solar markets. The company is looking forward to expand its partnership with Sinatis Europe, they said.

CEO of Sinatis Europe, Mr. Gerard Deleens, said CNPV Solar Power supplies high performance, high quality solar modules in France and with one of the best power production ratios, the solar modules are well recognized by its customers. The company is delighted to expand its strategic partnership with CNPV, since it will enable the company to offer long-term high quality solar solutions to the French and North African solar markets.
