National Wind Solutions Renamed as National Clean Fuels

National Wind Solutions is now called National Clean Fuels and the process for changing the name has been completed by the company. The name change reflects the company’s desire to expand into clean fuel industry that goes beyond the wind power business. Since the field for clean energy technology has greatly expanded, the company saw a greater potential for growth and not restrict itself to only wind energy development.

On 31st January 2010, the shareholders had approved the name change as well as a 300 to 1 reverse stock split. FINRA has approved the company’s application for new ticker symbol and currently it is trading under NACF, its new ticker symbol. Maurice Stone, who is President and a board member, has become Chairman after the resignation of Kathleen Delaney from the position of Chairman and CEO.
