Inotera Memories, Inc. has recognized MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. with the 2009 Outstanding Supplier Award at a function conducted on March 29, 2010. MEMC is a provider of solar energy services and silicon wafers. The company manufactures high-performance and high-density Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) products.
Inotera’s President Charles Kau commented that MEMC’s service, manufacturing capabilities and its commitment to customers are the key factors that helped them achieve the award.
The SVP of sales at MEMC Electronic Materials John Kauffmann stated that the award is a testament to the company supplying quality wafers and providing support services to Inotera. Furthermore, the manufacturing facilities of MEMC in Taiwan and elsewhere in the world supplied products of high quality on time.
