Amerisolar offers the AS-6P30 photovoltaic module meant for both off-grid and on-grid type of solar projects. The module incorporates with 60 numbers of 156 mm x 156 mm polycrystalline silicon cells and has a dimension of 1652 mm x 1000 mm x 50 mm. Each solar module is fitted in an aluminum alloy frame and weighs around 22 kg and has a surface maximum load capacity of 60 m/s (540 kg/m²). The length of the cables in the module is 900 mm. The solar cells used in the module are enclosed firmly in a UV-resistant EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate).
The AS-6P30 Module
The low iron tempered glass used in the module has anti-reflective coating and high transmission rating to amplify the power output and device strength of the module. The solar cells utilized in the module are designed to provide high performance for maximum power output. The used screw-less aluminum frame has corner connection features and viability for installing 10 holes. The multifunction junction box used in the module is waterproofed for protection. The maximum system voltage is measured at 1000 V DC and this module is designed to operate efficiently in temperatures ranging -40 to +85°C.
The solar module has a life span of 25 years. The module offers consistent performance even in adverse weather conditions, without being affected by geological changes and resists moisture and etching efficiently. The module received certifications from renowned certifying authorities such as MCS, CE, UL, IEC, TUV and Korean certificate.
