Waste-to-Energy Biomass Plants from EnEco Industries

EnEco Industries helps to convert biomass and solid waste into electrical and steam energy. For this purpose, EnEco Industries has designed gasification plants to generate electricity from garbage or dumps. EnEco plant has two products to solve the problem of handling garbage.

They are CORE (Controlled Oxidation Reduction Environment) recycling and renewable energy plant and TOPS (Thermal Oxidation Process System) recycling plant for municipalities. The process helps to reduce emission of greenhouse gases and also recover metals as metals from the biomass waste. The plant recovers gold as gold, copper as copper, and aluminium as aluminium.

EnEco CORE plant utilizes low temperature gasification technology. There are two phases in this process. In the plant, the biomass waste is passed through a gasification chamber.  In an oxygen deprived environment, the temperature is maintained at 550 degrees Celsius.  The solid organic materials are passed through the lower chamber and changed into gaseous form. The mixture of gases called Syngas is passed into an upper chamber with a high temperature of 1,000 degrees Celsius.  The mixture gets oxidized in this chamber to form biogas and it is mixed with landfill gas. The solid waste is now reduced to materials, namely, metal, inert materials, and glass.

TOPS helps to recycle the waste and recover valuable metals and minerals in the process. The plant converts biomass waste into renewable energy. The plant also helps to capture carbon dioxide and utilize it in greenhouses.
