Canadian Government Announces Over $1.4 Million in Funding for Science Initiatives Under Clean Air Regulatory Agenda

Today, on Clean Air Day, Minister Aglukkaq announced more than $1.4 million in funding for science initiatives under the Clean Air Regulatory Agenda. In all, seven universities will receive funding for 13 projects that will contribute to the body of knowledge for effective action to improve air quality and reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

Carnival Increases Installations of Novel Exhaust Gas Cleaning Technology

Carnival Corporation & plc, the world's largest cruise company, today announced plans to significantly increase installations of its industry-first exhaust gas cleaning technology to more than 70 vessels.
