Premier Holding Corp. today announced that through an exclusive employment agreement it has added the resources, client lists, distributor agreements, and existing business relationships of AEON Green Energy Solutions through its subsidiary, Energy Efficiency Experts ("E3"). With these added resources, E3 continues to expand its Energy Efficient Lighting Solutions Platform.
The company moves another step closer in expanding its product offerings and capabilities to provide services to existing E3 customers as well as our 1,000 plus commercial customers that we service today through The Power Company, LLC (Another PRHL Subsidiary). In addition to expanding our LED offerings through AEON this allows the company to provide an introduction and a choice to their customers with our innovative E-Series technology, which is an inexpensive alternative to LED for commercial and industrial applications.
