Electron Solar Energy Supplies Energy to Haitian Medical Industry

Electron Solar Energy, an international distributor of alternative energy systems, announced today that the company has been awarded an order for 100 complete renewable solar energy systems for the Haitian Medical industry. The Company has already received full payment, which is valued in the low six-figures. The systems will help to refrigerate critical medications and vaccines used to protect children against disease.

Electron Solar's Director of Export Sales Thomas Carani said, "This is a result of our work in establishing key distribution relationships in nearly all parts of the world. This order is one of several we have in the pipeline that will add to new commercial and government contracts in the New Year. On the personal side I feel good about where these systems are going and why."

"While the individual system price for this contract is relatively low, the order represents an important milestone in expanding our `solar kit' sales and assembly services in this key region," said president and CEO of Electron Solar Energy Christopher Quinn. "Like many economies with failing infrastructures and unreliable power sources, Haiti is moving towards adopting alternative energy, particularly Solar Energy. We are equipped to service their ongoing needs."

"Haiti's proximity to our Miami headquarters enables us to ship out complete solar energy systems with a very quick turnaround. Some of the parts for these systems were custom designed by us, and were manufactured in-house to guarantee the highest quality and timely delivery of all units," added Carani.
