100-FA Commercial Corn Furnaces from Year-A-Round

Year-A-Round manufactures a range of commercial corn furnaces including the 100-FA model. The heat output range of the corn furnace ranges from 25,000 to 100,000 British thermal units per hour. The heat produced from the furnace is distributed with the help of a fan. The biomass furnace is clinker free and provides clean burning. The corn furnace is equipped with an air flow auger that helps for effective corn distribution in the fire pot.

In the 100-FA corn furnace, the heating unit can be removed completely by removing only two bolts. The biomass furnace includes a low fire safety or electrical failure switch that will shut down the corn feeder to prevent overfill of the fuel.
