ES Series Water Source Heat Pumps from FHP Manufacturing

The ES series water source heat pump available from FHP Manufacturing is designed for ground loop heat pump, ground water heat pump and water loop heat pump applications. It is designed to work with entering fluid temperatures from 10 degrees Celsius to 43.3 degrees Celsius in cooling mode and from -3.9 degrees Celsius to 27 degrees Celsius in heating mode.

The ES series water source heat pump operates efficiently with the R-410A refrigerant. It is equipped with a sealed refrigerant circuit that includes bi-directional thermal expansion valve metering device, refrigerant reversing valve, hermetic compressor, finned tube air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger, and service ports. This heat pump has a scroll compressor fixed on rubber vibration isolators to provide silent operation. The fan fitted with the ES series is a direct drive centrifugal forward curved model with a balanced wheel. This heat pump incorporates an ECM-2 microprocessor controlled DC fan motor for efficient performance and smooth operation.

The cabinet is made of heavy-gauge steel having Galvalume plus aluminum-zinc alloy finish with an acrylic coating. Its interior is insulated with coated glass fiber, which has a thickness of 12.7mm. Compressor contactor, solid state lock-out controller, reversing valve coil and 24V transformer are included in the controls. The ES018 water loop model has a heating capacity of 24,000 BTU and a cooling capacity of 18,500. The ground water model has a heating capacity of 19,000 BTU and a cooling capacity of 22,000 BTU. The ground loop heat pump has a heating capacity of 14,500 BTU and a cooling capacity of 19,500 BTU.
