Brookhaven Green Estates has announced that its model green home is open now and invites people to have a look and find out the best features available at its 84-unit green home project. The company is planning to construct 84 units of green homes for people above 55 years of age. The first 12 homebuyers will also receive a special introductory offer of luxury upgrades worth over $17,500.
The green homes being developed by the company has 1,200 square feet floor area and is located conveniently. These innovative homes are designed for people above 55 years of age with comfort and security in mind. It also incorporates energy efficient geothermal built-in heating system. The home is designed to save energy significantly and the energy savings will pay back the home owner with money.
The other green features in the home include designer lighting, low home maintenance, double bay windows, high efficiency, ceiling fans, large closets, outdoor solar lights, insulation that helps to save energy, instant hot water system and sustainable flooring. The geothermal heating solution in the home will help the homeowner to reduce heating and air conditioning bills further.
