The Hi-Deluxe solar collector panels are available in three sizes, 4x8ft, 4x10ft and 4x12ft. Solar pool heating systems are equipped with mounting parts made of stainless steel for rust-free operation. They capture solar energy and transfer 70% to 94% solar energy to the pool water through its tube-on-fin design. The tube-on-fin absorber enlarges and shrinks freely with the changes in temperature. The Hi-Deluxe solar pool heating systems are made from polypropylene materials to stand firm in all weather conditions. Their water flow is improved through the straight-through water flow and 2-inch inside diameter header present in the absorber tubes.
The injection molding process of solar pool heating systems connects the absorber and header. Solar collectors with close-coupled features reduce the spaces between absorbers. The 1069-12 model collector is available in 4x12ft size. It has a length of 144 inches and width of 47 inches. The header length, I.D. and O.D. are 50.75 inches, 2 inches and 2.375 inches, respectively. The weight of the 1069-12 collector is 21.3lbs when it is dry and 48lbs when it is wet. The recommended flow rate is 5 GMP, the maximum flow rate is 10 GMP and the minimum is 3 GMP.
