Carmanah to Introduce the EverGEN 1720

During the LIGHTFAIR 2010, Carmanah will be launching two improvements in off-grid solar LED lighting technology. Carmanah will be launching a LED light EverGEN 1720 and a novel adaptive lighting solution in the form of sophisticated occupancy sensing capabilities.

The new sophisticated occupancy sensing capabilities facilitate a series of EverGEN 1720 or 1710 solar LED lights to offer synchronized high-low activation when one among the lights within the series senses motion. Using occupancy sensors and mesh networking, the lights series communicate wirelessly, offering illumination in places including pathways, parking lots and secure facilities.

Apart from sophisticated occupancy sensing, the company will be launching its EverGEN 1720 solar LED light. While the product looks similar to the EverGEN 1710, it provides almost two times the normal lumen output.  In appropriate solar conditions with customized functioning profiles, output of light of around 10,000 lumens is obtainable. In most cases, 5,000 lumens output is commonly achievable. This product is ideal for use in residential roadway, perimeter, sign, and parking lot.
