Intersolar AWARD 2010 Nominees Finalized

One of the largest exhibitions in the world for the solar industry Intersolar Europe will give away prizes for innovative services and products in the Solar Thermal Technology and Photovoltaics categories.

This year the PV Production Technology category has been added after receiving support from the SEMI PV Group. The nominees for the Intersolar AWARD for every category have been selected. The awards will be given at the Innovation Exchange at the New Munich Trade Fair Center on June 9, 2010.

In collaboration with the German Solar Industry Association (BSW-Solar), the Intersolar AWARD will be presented by Freiburg Wirtschaft Touristik und Messe GmbH & Co. KG (FWTM) and Intersolar organizers Solar Promotion GmbH. Approximately 2,300 companies are expected to participate in this award ceremony.

Nominees for the Photovoltaics category include ABB Schweiz AG, Gehrlicher Solar AG, Inspired Solar Technology, Inventux Technologies AG, Wagner & Co Solartechnik GmbH and SMA Solar Technology AG.

Festo AG & Co. KG, HUTTINGER Elektronik GmbH + Co. KG, Zimmermann & Schilp Handhabungstechnik GmbH and Inventux Technologies AG are some of the nominees for the PV Production Technology category.

Nominees for the Solar Thermal Technology include SRB Energy S.L., Gebr. Tuxhorn GmbH & Co. KG, FSAVE Solartechnik GmbH, Ritter Energie- und Umwelttechnik GmbH & Co. KG, Wagner & Co Solartechnik GmbH and PAW GmbH & Co. KG.
