All for Offshore GmbH offers a range of wind farm services, including logistic planning, transport, maintenance and turbine repair. This company is a joint venture between wpd offshore GmbH and the Schrammgroup, both of which stand to gain optimal synergy effects, said Hans-Helmut Schramm, director and proprietor of the Schrammgroup.
wpd Offshore GmbH is a major developer of offshore energy plants. The Deutsch Windtechnik AG, a sister company of the wpd, takes care of the technical management, service and maintenance of offshore wind projects.
Matthias Brandt, board member of Deutsche Windtechnik AG, noted that the joint venture with the Schramm Group has enabled faster and direct access to operations, maintenance and services to wind farms located in the Baltic and the North Sea regions.
