The first medium AresKleen HCLP is effective in eliminating trace moisture less than 15 parts per billion (ppb) from HCl gas utilized in the development of trichlorosilane. The second medium AresKleen SIP reduces these small impurities to sub-ppb levels. Each of the purifiers of Pall Corporation feature efficient, integrated particle filters.
The company will exhibit its completely automatic Water Reclaim System meant for recovering more than 90% of water that is deionized utilized during the shaping of silicon ingots.
