LG Electronics Offers Solar Powered Home Air-Conditioner

LG Electronics has recently introduced an environment friendly hybrid air-conditioner meant for residential use. This air-conditioner considered to be first of its kind in Korea employs solar energy as its main power source.

The new F-Q232LASS 28,000 BTU floor standing model air-conditioner measures 76 sq.m in size and produces around 70 W/h by blending the power generated by a solar module incorporated at the top of the out door unit.
