Gujarat Borosil Limited (GBL) has commenced the manufacture of superior performing extra clear solar glass with little iron content.
The current manufacturing facility being set up in Bharuch district of Gujarat State, India will feature a process plant roping in machines imported from United States and Western Europe. While it manufactures 230 tons of sheet glass in another production facility located in the same place.
To satisfy the delivery needs of the clients GBL has plans to introduce a process line to produce pencil edge sized annealed glass sheets that are compliant with EN12150 stipulations. Currently GBL markets its products for its patrons in Europe through its vendor VETRAD from Netherlands
Borosil Glass Works Limited a member of the group produces low expansion borosilicate glass for laboratory, household and industrial use. Borosil International Limited one more member of the BOROSIL group offers solar water heaters.
Gujarat Borosil Limited has currently displayed its products at Intersolar North America exhibition in booth number 9255, Level 3. West Hall, Moscone Center, San Francisco.
