NACF Acquires China National Solar to Expand its Operations

National Clean Fuels, Inc. (NACF), a US-based company engaged in marketing advanced clean energy technologies, has declared its acquirement of China National Solar a China based solar manufacturing company focused on solar technology growth in China. NACF is looking forward to utilize the marketing potential of China National Solar as its base platform for its growth in clean technology.

Currently, China is positioned as a world market for renewable energy. China National Solar is poised to take advantage of a range of financial opportunities available in the Chinese solar market. The recently announced 2011 to 2020 energy plan of Beijing allows investment opportunities for over five trillion Yuan ($736 Billion) in the emerging clean energy sectors. Earlier during 2008 a four trillion Yuan stimulus package allowed the country to be carried forward during the global financial crisis. The newly announced package is predicted to create guaranteed markets for wind, solar, biomass and nuclear energy companies worldwide.

It is learnt that Chinese National Solar, will continue to put forth its efforts in gainful growth partnerships that improve its solar technologies. The company is planning to concentrate on conducting itself akin to a consultant and extend its services to Chinese companies that are planning to expand their manufacturing and distribution facilities globally. Initially the company is planning to focus its planned activities in Guangzhou, Beijing, Changsha, Shanghai, and Zhengzhou regions. The company is also planning to concentrate its efforts over Dezhou region that is planning to house the colossal Solar Valley project.
