Solar Park Initiatives Inc. has acquired the company Maple Leaf Renewables Group Inc. This acquisition results in Solar Park Initiatives acquiring all assets pertaining to Maple Leaf Renewables that includes significant number of project pipeline assets under development in California and Texas in size ranging between 2 MW and 100 MW.
Maple Leaf Renewables has been developing wind and solar energy projects during the last three years while currently working with wind and solar asset manufacturers, equity investors, debt financiers, land owners and utility companies. Maple Leaf Renewables has its focus on delivering large-scale, high-quality wind and solar development projects at a cost-effective rate to the market.
Solar Park Initiatives develops land for the huge utility-scale solar projects. Solar Park Initiatives provides EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) services to large commercial entities and various utilities by means of a PPA (Power Purchase Agreement).
