HelioPower Commences Construction of Solar Power System for Giumarra Vineyards

HelioPower, a structured solar energy solutions providing company, declared that it has started the construction of a 516 kW commercial type of solar power installation for Giumarra Vineyards.

The solar system will be placed next to the main manufacturing and cold storage facility of Giumarra in Bakersfield, CA.

HelioPower provides turnkey type of solar solutions for the project through its operations facility based in Bakersfield. The ground mounted single-axis solar system will utilize 2296 solar photovoltaic modules to generate around 1 gWh of clean electric power every year. The power generated from the facility is sufficient to meet the electricity requirements of more than 200 households. The system is anticipated to complete with connectivity to the utility and will be ready for commissioning in the early part of summer.

The power generated from the facility will be supervised utilizing patented energy analytics software provided by HelioPower to ensure capacity usage of the system. The power generated by the system will counterbalance over 24,000,000 pounds of carbon dioxide discharges in a period of 20 years.
