Mp-tec Completes Numerous Solar Installations in 2010

Mp-tec, a solar system company based in Brandenburg, declared that in addition to continuing its quest for wholesale selling, the company also has grown successfully in the project development sector. The company has successfully completed a number of solar installations in 2010.

In the year 2010, the project development team of the company installed new connections that can contribute a total of 37 MW to the power network. The new installations include 12 MW of rooftop installations and 25 MW of stand-alone installations. Most of the stand-alone installations were completed in the new Federal States of Germany. The new installations include a solar park that is designed to generate around 5.45 MW of clean solar energy.

The company completed its new Listerfehrda solar power plant located near Lutherstadt Wittenberg, in the fag end of the year 2010. The solar plant with around 11.520 modules is designed to generate a total output of 2.2 MW was assembled braving the onset of winter to meet the pre-fixed deadline. Mp-tec selected the location for the installation of the solar system, provided the required system and erected the framework required for the installation. The other installations completed by the company before the December 2010 deadline include 3.99 MW plant in  Hohburg-Lüptitz (near Leipzig), 2.99 MW solar park in Lauta-Laubusch (near Bautzen) and 1.04 MW solar installation in Rossau (Saxony).
