Martifer Solar USA, a company that formulates, constructs and completes solar power installations for industries, business and homes, declared that it will complete solar power installation for the Hertz facilities.
Martifer Solar will install the solar panels over the rooftops of 14 facilities of Hertz located at places such as Pensylvania, Arizona, New York, California, New Jersey, Colorado, Massachusetts, Maryland and Georgia. In addition to bringing in ecological benefits, the power generated by the solar installations will save the company thousands of dollars spent on power every year. The 2.48 MW solar installations will generate enough electricity to power 300 homes for a year. The power generated from the facility will counterbalance carbon dioxide emissions released by the use of nearly 271,009 gallons of gasoline every year.
Martifer Solar has chosen Samba Energy to offer project management services and a software platform over all the 14 locations of Hertz facilities.
