Spire, a company that supplies turn-key production lines and capital equipment to manufacture solar photovoltaic modules, has declared that it is planning to offer its expertise and simulation facilities to solar PV system installers and to render customer service on a need basis. The company currently has over 30 test facilities catering to the requirements of hundreds of producers.
The Advanced Technology Center operated by the company currently sustains the requirements of module producers, material developers, and research groups and assists them to make improvements in their technology. The technology center provides the testing facility a total module production line and also utilizes the Spi-Sun Simulator 4600SLP from Spire to test the modules from individual system integrators.
The testing measurements of Spire assure that the product meets the system integrator’s requirements. The Spire test facility also can be transported to the installation sites for testing the modules when required.
