IDST to Release Portable Solar-Based Power Generation Station in 2013

IDS Solar Technologies, Inc. announced they have completed their agreement with SP Innovations, Inc., a San Diego area based product development and engineering firm that specializes in solar technology solutions.

With this announcement, IDST stated it is now poised to produce and soon release the Solar Survivor, their first portable solar-based power generation station.

Management revealed that the Solar Survivor would be available soon for purchase and begin to ship by the beginning of 2013. The Solar Survivor is targeted as the Company's clean portable electrical energy solution for every American household. Whether as a part of an emergency/disaster preparedness plan or providing power in locations lacking power and requiring an odorless and/or non-flammable option, the Solar Survivor will be the economical, sturdy and reliable choice. The Company issued an 8-K on 11/14/2012 announcing the agreement.

IDST is dedicated to design, manufacture, and distribute a family of leading edge portable solar power generators and other products. A family of models have been planned to meet various markets including consumers, businesses, government and emergency/disaster relief efforts. These solar generators will be targeted to meet various niches including recreational, home, building and trade, and military to name a few.

The Company looks forward to keeping shareholders and others updated in the coming weeks as the Company moves forward to release its first units and develops its technical advances in the delivery of portable solar power.
